# HOA Fiscal

> HOA Fiscal (hoafiscal.com) is HOA management software for self-managed homeowner and condominium associations in the United States: fund accounting, owner payments, budgets, meetings, elections, violations, work orders, reserves and resale certificates. It is built and run by Doug McLain, an HOA auditor, manager and tax preparer for more than 20 years and co-author of Trade HOA Stress for Success. Boards that would rather not do the books can hand the financial side to Dynamite Management, LLC, a sister company, while continuing to run the community themselves.
